About Steve Fales

Steve is responsible for leading the supply chain team, including procurement, demand planning, logistics, customer service and distribution operations. Steve brings over 25 years of leadership experience across multiple areas of business, including distribution, sales, customer experience, mergers and acquisitions and integrated supply. He held positions as Sr. Director at Grainger Industrial Supply and General Manager at RS Integrated Supply.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administrations degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
