Stephanie Mazingo

Stephanie Mazingo is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Guardian, where she leads the company’s human capital strategy and oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, organizational development, performance management, compliance, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. She also serves as Guardian’s legal liaison, oversees key areas of enterprise risk management and workplace safety, and serves on all Guardian Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) committees, helping ensure a culture of compliance, operational excellence, and employee well-being.

With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, Stephanie has worked across a variety of industries and organizations, from entrepreneurial businesses to large corporate enterprises. Prior to joining Guardian, she held leadership roles with Trinity Industries and Power Funding. Her broad expertise across all HR disciplines has enabled her to build high-performing teams, strengthen employee engagement, and drive business-focused people strategies.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University and holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is an active SHRM member and is committed to advancing the HR profession through continuous learning, ethical leadership, and people-focused business practices.
