Pedro is responsible for setting Guardian's strategic direction, driving growth and profitability, overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, and leading the executive team with a clear focus on achieving company goals and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

With over 25 years of experience in executive positions, Pedro has held leadership roles across multiple industries, including Consumer Goods at Hasbro as Senior Vice President, CEO at USDP-Phillips, COO at Petmate, and leadership at Industrial Lenox - Newell Rubbermaid.

Pedro holds an MS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain).
