Lea Roy is responsible for the overall Ty-Flot business, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of products focused on Foreign Material Exclusion (FME) and Dropped Object Prevention (DOP). With global responsibility for strategy, performance, and growth, Lea leads market expansion efforts across multiple industries and regions, strengthening Ty-Flot’s position as a trusted provider of safety-critical solutions.

Lea Roy is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and customer-focused solutions across Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial Manufacturing markets. Prior to her work with TY-FLOT, Lea built a strong foundation in industrial and construction solutions through leadership and commercial roles at both Hilti and the Hempel Group.

Lea is a graduate of Louisiana State University.
