Brink Richardson

Brink is responsible for all Finance and Accounting activities at Guardian, including FP&A, Treasury and Corporate Development.

Brink brings over 30 years of experience to Guardian, with a mix of Senior Finance roles in Fortune 100 firms such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, United Airlines, and Amazon.com, coupled with Chief Financial Officer positions with privately-held and private equity-sponsored companies in manufacturing & distribution, real estate development, industrial contracting, and technology.  He has significant experience in Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, SEC filings, and IPOs, with a focus on efficiency and eliminating waste, leading to improved margins, increased cash flow, and maximum equity holder returns.    

Brink has participated as a board member and has served as chair of various non-profit committees. He received an undergraduate business degree (BBA) from Baylor University, an MBA with Finance concentration from the University of Houston, and is a licensed CPA.
