Guardian, the world’s largest independent fall protection and prevention company, is pleased to announce Jeff Wilder as its new SVP Sales and Services for the Americas. In his new role, Wilder will be responsible for leading the company’s commercial team, including sales, business development, engineered systems, support and training throughout North, Central, and South America.
Wilder joins Guardian with a wealth of experience in industrial and construction products and services. Most recently, Jeff led sales for Hempel, a leading coatings manufacturer in the Marine, Oil & Gas, Rail, Infrastructure, Wind and Industrial segments. Prior to that, he spent almost 14 years at Hilti leading both large sales divisions and business unit strategy. Jeff holds a degree in Management from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Wilder resides in Houston and will be based out of Guardian’s Headquarters and home of the company’s new Design and Innovation Center in Pasadena, TX. Says Ward, “We are excited for Jeff’s help to further shape the customer experience in Houston, as well lead the commercial efforts in further advancing partnerships and programs aimed at keeping workers safe at height.”
