About Anna Cothran

Anna manages Guardian’s legal matters including litigation, corporate governance, contract negotiation, labor and employment law and risk management. She brings over a decade of legal experience, both in private practice and the corporate world. Anna was most recently General Counsel and Secretary for Pure Power Technologies, seeing the company through a period of large growth. Anna holds a BA in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans as well as JD from Loyola University.
