Ahmad Abujabal

Ahmad Abujabal is Chief Financial Officer of Guardian, bringing more than 20 years of global finance and accounting leadership experience across public companies, private equity-backed organizations, and startups in more than 42 countries.

Throughout his career, Ahmad has built and scaled finance organizations, led IPO readiness and public-company reporting initiatives, overseen complex audits, directed ERP implementations across 60+ entities, and driven operational improvements and business transformation. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, financial governance, and partnering with executive leadership and boards to drive growth and long-term value creation.

Ahmad is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
