The Straight Loop Insert is an OSHA-compliant, cast-in receptacle that is compatible with the Guardian Mega-Swivel (Part # 00283), D-ring anchor (Part #00371), or any ANSI-compatible anchor that attaches via a 5/8-11 bolt. It has a 10,000 lb rating, and is easily installed on both wood and metal decking prior to pouring concrete.
