Guardian Fall Protection Inspection Interval Change - US

Guardian Fall Protection has increased the Competent Person product inspection interval.

Effective immediately, Guardian Fall Protection has increased the Competent Person product inspection interval on all products from 6 months to 12 months. Guardian Fall Protection products whose product instructions currently require a 6-month Competent Person inspection are also included in this change. This change was made to better align with the ANSI Z359 Fall Protection Code standard which requires that "...a competent or qualified person other than the user shall conduct [product] inspections annually."  

Important: Depending on local regulations or other standards, this inspection interval may vary for specific jobsites. Please consult all applicable regulations, standards, or local conditions (such as product age, condition, or working environment) to determine which inspection interval applies to your individual jobsite.
