The aim of this course is to give the participants the necessary skills through theoretical and practical training to evacuate themselves from a structure at height using a full body harness and rope-based descender device.

This course is suitable for those who need to be able to evacuate from height in an emergency, including from cranes, VNA Trucks, rooftops, platforms, towers or other similar structures.
Extensive practical scenarios build the individuals confidence in both the evacuation equipment and the process of evacuation itself.
This course can be delivered on site, providing minimum theory and practical facilities are available, or at the HART training facility in Kent.

All personnel participating in Safety Training shall be medically fit and capable of fully participating. Delegates will be required to sign a statement stating that they are medically fit to participate in safety training and that they do not suffer from any medical illness or are under the influence of any narcotic substance or alcohol.
