Discount Tier Eligibility
Volume-based discount tiers ($5,000, $10,000, and $15,000 thresholds) are applied automatically within the portal based on qualifying order value. These discount tiers are not combinable or stackable with any other promotions, rebates, special pricing programs, or negotiated offers.

If a customer wishes to participate in alternative promotions, custom pricing programs, or contract-specific incentives, orders must be coordinated directly through their assigned Guardian territory partner for manual processing outside of the portal.

Inventory Availability & Order Adjustments
All orders submitted through the portal are subject to real-time inventory availability at the time of fulfillment. While inventory levels are updated regularly, availability cannot be guaranteed until the order is processed.

In the event that inventory constraints, allocation limits, or fulfillment changes require an adjustment to an order, Guardian reserves the right to revise quantities, ship dates, or fulfillment locations as necessary. Customers will be notified promptly of any material changes prior to final processing
